That person is Mr. Todd Hogan! In all my years of buying vehicles and many Mercedes' Mr. Hogan most definitely stands out to be the best. He is so personable, so positive and enthusiastic that you think to yourself, is this guy genuine or is he just doing whatever he can for the sale!? I came to learn Mr. Hogan is just so dedicated to his craft and his customers that the lines are blurred between "sales guy" and a friend. He is extremely receptive to what you need and very switched on. Mr. Hogan worked with me even over the weekend on a SUNDAY! when he could be kicking back and enjoying his time with his family, but yet he was receptive and COMMITTED to getting the deal done. I was ready to walk away as I did not think the deal was possible for me, but he is a very RESOURCEFUL person who made it possible when all avenues were exhausted. I was adamant on what I needed in the deal and he was able to come through as he THINKS OUTSIDE THE BOX to come up with solutions. No doubt sales in his blood, as he grew up in the business and comes from humble beginnings; ask me how I know!? Because the level of rapport he builds with his customer base.
